Manager – Financial Planning Team
I am recruiting for a manager within the financial planning team to manage ‘trainees’ through their journey to advising
The role will involve:
Assisting them in achieving growth and hitting KPIs
Setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder relationships.
Lead and manage to ensure good client outcomes
Build and maintain strong understanding of the financial planning process and advice framework
Take responsibility for development through CPD and training
Participate and manage business development activities
Provide regulated advice when required
The role requires:
Minimum Level 4 Diploma; advanced study / achievement is desired
Minimum of 2 years management experience
Minimum of 5 years within the financial planning environment
Understanding of financial planning principles and process is required
