Sales Support Administrator

Working closely with a very successful, dynamic and entrepreneurial IFA this support role offers an excellent opportunity for an accomplished administrator. Working closely with the adviser, in a small team including a technical paraplanner, the role will have a variety of responsibilities including:
Assisting with constructing detailed client reports
Attending client meetings as a when required
Obtaining accurate product and portfolio valuations
Monitoring the progress of the advice cycle
Researching products and plans covering protection, investment and pensions
Monitor internal processes and compliance
The successful candidate will have an understanding and experience of the IFA environment, work to a consistently high standard, be able to work with initiative, excellent organisational skills and willingness to develop and expand responsibilities. This role would suit an individual seeking challenge and excellent remuneration in a support role.
Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.
