We use all the traditional methods such as advertising, searching job boards, using our contacts and head hunting combined with modern ‘social recruiting’ methods. We aim to enhance the power of social media sites such as LinkedIn to help source jobs for our candidates, candidates for our clients, build talent pipelines for future roles and provide valuable and interesting information for our followers.

We are small and work remotely and the benefits of this are that we are ‘open for business’ anytime, we are flexible and we are able to offer creative fee and payment structures to our clients. For example, we have been told that our structured client fees arrangement (details available on request) is pioneering and should be adopted as the industry norm. We also have evidence that it is of mutual benefit to the candidate and client.

From its inception the business has evolved. We continue to be experts in the fields of Independent Advice, Financial Planning and Wealth Management working on roles such as Paraplanning, Support, Technical, Research and Compliance through to Consultancy. To these established areas we have added Finance and Financial Management and broader areas of Financial Services and we continue to grow out to any areas where we can apply our general talent acquisition skills and vast recruitment experience.
